YugoMatsuda（以下「運営者」）は、macOSアプリ「Husen」（以下「本アプリ」）における利用者の情報の取り扱いを、以下のとおり定めます。

1. 付箋の内容

付箋の本文、見た目、完了や削除の状態は、利用者のMacと、利用者自身のiCloud（Appleのプライベートデータベース）にだけ保存されます。運営者がこれらを見たり、受け取ったりすることはありません。iCloudでの保存と同期は、Appleのプライバシーポリシーに従います。

付箋の位置、ショートカット、設定、バックアップは、利用者のMacにだけ保存され、iCloudにも送られません。

2. 匿名の使用状況（任意）

本アプリの改善のため、設定で「匿名の使用状況を送信」をオンにした場合に限り、Google LLCが提供するFirebase Analyticsを使って次の情報を送信します。初期設定はオフで、オフのあいだは何も送信しません。

付箋を作成・完了・取り消した回数、選んだ完了演出、変更した見た目の項目の種類（例：「色」）
Firebaseがアプリのインストールごとに割り当てる識別子、アプリとmacOSのバージョン、言語、おおよその地域（IPアドレスからGoogleが推定するもの）

付箋の本文や内容、選んだ色の値など、利用者が入力したものは送信しません。送信はいつでも設定でオフにでき、オフにした時点で止まります。送信された情報はGoogleのサーバーに最長2か月保存されたのち削除されます。それより前の削除を希望する場合は、下記の連絡先までご連絡ください。Googleによる情報の取り扱いはGoogleのプライバシーポリシーに従います。

3. データの削除

付箋は、本アプリでゴミ箱から完全に削除すると、このMacと利用者のiCloudから削除されます。本アプリを削除しても、iCloudに残ったデータは「システム設定」→ Apple Account → iCloud から削除できます。

4. 広告・トラッキング

本アプリは広告を表示せず、他社のアプリやウェブサイトをまたいだトラッキングを行いません。利用者の情報を販売することもありません。

5. 第三者への提供

法令に基づく場合を除き、利用者の情報を第三者に提供しません。

6. お子さまの利用

本アプリは、お子さまから意図して情報を集めることはありません。

7. 改定

本ポリシーを改定する場合は、このページで告知します。

Your notes

The text, look and state of your notes are stored only on your Mac and in your own iCloud (Apple's private database). The developer never sees or receives them. Note positions, shortcuts, settings and backups stay on your Mac.

Anonymous usage (optional)

Only if you turn on “Share Anonymous Usage” in Settings, Husen sends the following through Firebase Analytics by Google LLC. It is off by default and nothing is sent while it is off.

How many notes you create, complete or undo, the completion effects you choose, and which kind of look you change (for example “color”)
An identifier Firebase assigns to the installation, app and macOS versions, language, and approximate region (estimated by Google from the IP address)

Nothing you type and nothing about what your notes say is ever sent. You can turn it off at any time in Settings. Data sent is kept on Google's servers for up to 2 months and then deleted; to have it deleted sooner, contact us below. Google's handling is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.

Deleting your data

Permanently deleting a note from the Trash removes it from your Mac and your iCloud. Data left in iCloud after deleting the app can be removed in System Settings → Apple Account → iCloud.

Ads and tracking

Husen shows no ads, does not track you across other companies' apps or websites, and never sells your information.
